Toward Technologies, Inc. is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of solid state relays, reed relays and RF MEMS switches. According to the manufacturer, the company was founded in 1988, has an automated factory in Hsinchu built in 2017, and keeps over 90% of design and manufacturing in-house. It states it serves semiconductor test, automated test equipment (ATE), battery management systems, industrial machinery, new energy and electric vehicle makers.

Its Opto-MOSFET relays use an LED-driven MOSFET output with no mechanical contacts, and are offered from 60V up to 1500V. Silicon carbide versions are listed up to 3300V, with 6600V stated as in development. Reed relays include high-voltage, high-current, vertical, RF and miniature types. Larger solid state relays switch from 8A up to 125A, and RF MEMS switches cover DC to 26GHz in a 2.5mm by 2.5mm package.
